Awful machine, and even worse customer service. Bought a foil fuser - The gold foil would barely transfer onto the design and was VERY spotty - completely unacceptable for gold foil. After 5+ months of going back and forth with customer service - having to call the Chinese manufacturer for replacement parts (to a brand new machine) as well as to do Facetime with representatives from the Manufacturer just to confirm the machine was not working.
