Called last Thursday and last Friday to refill medication. The girl said she will let the doctor know. Called again today and she goes oh you need to see the doctor ok well no one told me or updated me. They will hold refilling medication if you dont see the doctor. Asked for refill for medication and they will not refill it. Beware especially if it important medication thats needed. No courtesy refills until you can see the doctor. I WENT TO THIS OFFICE TWO TIMES WITH MY PARTNER AND NEVER SAW DR. SAN. HE HAD DIFFERENT DOCTORS THERE ON BOTH DAYS. NOT ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS INTRODUCED THEMSELVES. I ONLY KNEW THEIR NAME AFTER I HAD ASKED. THIS WAS FIRST TIME PCP VISITS FOR ME AND MY PARTNER AND THEY DIDN’T ASK FOR OUR HEALTH HISTORY. THE PAPERWORK THEY GIVE YOU TO FILL OUT WAS SO BASIC. Waited 2 hours in waiting room, no information on when I was supposed to be helped. Had to go to work and cancel appointment 2 hours after I was going to be seen. Find another place
