Waited 2 hours in waiting room, no information on when I was supposed to be helped. Had to go to work and cancel appointment 2 hours after I was going to be seen. Find another place
Message to Fresh pond office and of course the providers . This is for you >No respect to Healthcare! Our community doctors need to change how they practiced. Why give appointments when you call your patients four hours later ? Why have elderly patients wait long? Why have patients with disabilities wait long ? I'm going to have to second what someone else wrote regarding prescription authorizations. Whoever is in charge of authorizations is abysmal at their job. I've been waiting a week so far with them claiming they did it only to find out they did not. Still currently waiting. What's the point of a good doctor when you cannot get any of the prescriptions you need?
