My son and I visited the clinic last week and were very impressed with our entire experience - from appointment to consult. The receptionists Sharon and Michelle are very responsive especially to emails which is very important for me as a full time working person. Michelle went beyond to obtain an X Ray scan that I'd been chasing from Fiona Stanley emergency department to no avail. When I arrived, my appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait much. Me and my husband changed to this medical centre for a few months now. The place is very welcoming and the staffs are friendly. We finally found a new GP. Dr. Ibrahim was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad we tried him. Very knowledgeable and finally found a doctor that knows it all! Reception staff are always lovely and helpful. The doctors and nurses are of course highly knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. I’d certainly recommend this practice.
