We had a similar experience to earlier travellers: breaking down on the Princess Highway when travelling home to Adelaide with a caravan behind. Vehicle and caravan towed to Hawks Nest and then a second tow to the garage. In spite of being very busy Ben took on the job and provided an excellent service at a very reasonable price.
