This used to be a good practice to attend. Now reception are rude. The app doesn't work properly. So disappointed with what has happemed today.App still not working. Trying to cancel another appointment and can't and then they charge you for not showing to an appointment you cancelled. Told them app mot working properly and I was ignored. Take no ownership for their errors. Doctor's have no interest in patients only money.
