No wonder they only have a 2.9 review. My sister can't even get them to ph/msg her with the results of a urine test that was taken 5 working days ago! I ph twice the second time I did raise my voice after the ph cut out twice before it was answered yes I was annoyed. Who knows if they just end the call at their end… wouldn’t surprise me. New patient, recent heart attack. Excellent reception ladies and a fantastic Doctor DP who started me on a care plan with Nurse Kris P., after my first consultation I am so confident with looking after my health. Nurse Kris was extremely informative and has set me on a pathway of wellness. I can’t thank you all enough for taking care of my needs and for being understanding.
Terrible treatment. I attend the practice to get a blood test form and to assess some symptoms that had started that day. I sat in the room for 10 minutes with the dr then was left by myself for 40 minutes for her to then come back and tell me that she was referring me to a dietician. I left being charged $120. Later that night I drove myself to hospital and advised I had a viral infection which in no case required me to see a dietitian.
