First off, it's at her house not a salon. Which I was okay with. The boyfriend was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got my hair braided Thursday 12 of my braids fell out by Sunday. My daughter was suppose to have an appointment today at 10. I called to cancel but when she answered she said hello, I said hello how are you, then she hung up and never answered...now it's going to voicemail.
