Beautiful pool facilities, lovely roof top room! The corridor carpets could use an update.
Poor management, useless staff. There are 3 lifts but 2 are broken only one lift works, oftentimes that all of the lifts are broken even you asked the concierge for how long will it take to fix them they can only tell you “I don’t know” 🙄
The building concierge named Muhammed is out of his mind. Laughing at tenant’s concern, making rude comments like “oh my god” while the tenant is raising concern, raising voice, cutting me off the whole time that I also had to raise my voice but he would not stop talking and constantly talking over me when all I did was trying to contact the concierge for a reasonable reason and he started by trying to teach me building rules and making non sense comments
Lift always got probelm
