Have had four separate accounts with Utah 529 for about 25 years now. Their website is very very good. On the few occasions we've had to call in they've been more than helpful. I called in today about something and Kaitlyn helped me. She could not have been more helpful and more knowledgeable about what I needed. Very positive experience with her.
Been with the Utah 529 since the early 2000's. I really have no complaints at all. Relatively good returns, and now that I am in the 'spending' phase of my son's college years, quite easy to secure a reimbursement check. The reason I went w Utah (versus say my home state) is that they utilized the Vanguard Group of funds, whose significantly lower expense ratio (over 15 years) DOES add up. Read John Bogel's book called Common Sense on Mutual Funds to see how lower costs make a difference as the years roll by.
