pretty sure the actual recruiters are in india. one recruiter contacted on a job with the state of Missouri. The dude had my resume for 2 days, didnt read it, got confused on pay rates, didnt read a single damn thing I said to him then when he ghosted me for 24 hours I tried reaching out again to make sure he didnt forget something....only for him to tell me he needed software testers with prior govt experience and only those types were applicable no recruiter acts the way he did during this, its so mind numbingly unprofessi... read more
