Paid a deposit in August 2023 it is now December and the project hasn’t even been started. I have sent multiple emails, called and texted with no response. Marcus has several other complaints online for lack of response and not refining a deposit after taking it and not completing services. Marcus also has a company under the name EXQUISITE BUILDERS with similar complaints/concerns from customers like me.
