Wouldn't even come out to give an estimate unless both my wife and I were at home. I can only assume they, by design, put a hard sell on the first visit. If they really have such great service, prices, and reputation, then why not let the product and value speak for itself? Call any of the 100 other window replacement companies and get an honest service.

Horrible customer service! Called to talk to owner or a manager and some idiot keep picking up the phone trying to get me to talk to him. It was a joke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody if I could have given zero Stars I would have

Large unreliable company with many departments and people that do not know what they are doing. Sales reps are not knowledgeable. No one is responsible for anything. You may spend months or years trying to get your project done or replace a defected product. They just try to have you sign the contract and do not care about you as a client. I ordered windows back in Feb. Now I believe I ordered from Bollingbrook, there seems to be several locations but the phone number goes to an operator who transfers wherever is needed. Regardless....It is Sept and I just received my install date for the end of the month. Although everyone I have spoken with has been polite and understanding, as I have been as well, this is just ridiculous!! In fairness... they did reimburse me a total of $600. That is great but doesn't make up for the lack of 7 MONTHS. The answers I received... read more
