These people showed up two hours earlier than scheduled disturbing a meeting in our home. They did not complete the job because of the wind and rescheduled. They did not keep their appointment and showed up on another day unannounced when no one was home. They did not complete the job and left with a bad attitude. We will never hire them again.
I have been a long term loyal customer for years and so have members of my extended family, but the company has recently lost our business because they charge for things like washing the screens and the window tracks which they don't do, but the service man recently lied to my face that he had. The office does not respond back if you call because there was a problem and they rush through the work spending less and less time each visit. Don't use this cleaner! I have used them in the past but this time it was a terrible experience. They didn't clean all my windows, some screens were left on the side of the house, screens not re-installed properly along with being bent! I called them and they would not come back to do the job right. They charged extra to clean the tracks which were poorly cleaned. I paid for services not rendered. They don't call back and they don't refund. I will never use them again!! Do not use this window cleaner!
i just love my windows when my window man is done. the office staff is allways friendly & the window washers do an amazing job. i refer them to everyone
