One star is one to many! I had an appt 7/20 at 10:40 blbut unfortunately was 10 minutes late, so the nurse practitioner and rude receptionist refused me service (sent me on my weazy, gurgling lung way) they said they have a 10 minute policy which going by their computer logs show me only ten minutes late? Lets not forget that this is also a “walk-in” clinic and there was only one woman sitting in the waiting area. We are from out of town .I was in and out .we are very satisfied with the care I received
I would not give it one star but to post a review you have to. The receptionist was rude. The health provider could not do anything until i had been sick for 5 to 7 days. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing. So I'm suffering, and getting worse. The only thing needed was antibiotics. I would die before i would ever go back there . Oh by the way autumn is no longer there hasn't been for quite a while.
