Absolute waste of time! Offered me $50 for a $2800 piece. They talk to you like you are an idiot when you decline the offer.
Extremely helpful & friendly service. I took a bin of my late husband's watches in order to determine if any of them were worth selling or repairing. Amy & the watchmaker took the time to examine each one & sort them into categories so that I knew which ones to sell & how to do it. They went above & beyond to help! Not only that, their inventory is stunning!
