Dr. James, and my vet calls, are an exceptional veterinarian service! They are remarkably professional, truly loving and caring people! I will always be using them for My animals!
Very dedicated, caring and warm- I saw Dr James. Very thorough and meticulus in her work. I liked that . My littlest one, Nessie wanted nothing to do with being examined, however Dr James was able to give her the shot. Nessie was somewhat abused as a kitten and knows I am her mom .
Wonderful to have a home visit. No more Uber, struggling in and out of cars. Vet gets a feel for the pets home life. Such a wonderful experience. Vet was very nice, helpful and personable. I have found my vet home!
When you are fur baby gets injured, you want someone to come immediately and that is what happened. She was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our situation. She confirmed that we needed sutures under sedation which couldn’t be done in a home environment. We were told what to do until we could get our fur baby in with our office vet. This is a service we would certainly use again.
I have used MyVetCalls since I moved to a new house and could no longer walk to my prior vet, and that my large dog would not fit in my very small car, and I had three large dogs at the time. I have seen several of MyVetCalls; they are all wonderful, do not perform or advise excessive tests and treatments, and my dogs and cats love them.
