Misdiagnosed my poor cat, he had a UTI and they sent me back home saying it was anxiety not a UTI. Told me to follow up in 5 days. He passed away 2 days after this irresponsible diagnosis. I am extremely disappointed by the clinic’s response to my original review, as several statements made are factually incorrect and attempt to shift responsibility onto us rather than acknowledging the misdiagnosis that occurred.
