Horrible experience. Rude receptionist, complacent vet, and wayyy overpriced.
I have been coming here with my dog for several years now, and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Firstly, I have never not been able to reach them during business hours. I have had to wait on hold, but they are a busy practice. They always get me in as quickly as they can. My guy recently had a lump (3 years ago he had a mast cell tumor removed) and they got me in Monday (I called Saturday morning), got the test done, and his surgery was scheduled for next Thursday. The best Vet in Chicago. I've been bringing my cats here since 2014 and have never thought about going anywhere else. The doctors and the staff are world class.
