I dropped off my favorite sweaters two weeks ago, I went to pick them up last Saturday and was told that they would deliver them to my house since they weren’t ready by the agreed upon time. They also haven’t been delivered by the agreed upon time and I can’t get in touch with anyone (their voicemail box isn’t working) to find out where my favorite sweaters are. I went by the store as it says they are open online but they are closed. Just hoping all of my sweaters weren’t lost or given to someone else :(

Has always exceeded my expectations with services for me and my family. While I have not used the delivery service, I have heard how great it is. Great staff, exceptional communication. My Valet Dry Cleaners is a great cleaners in our small local community of Cornwall on Hudson. I am Happy to support Rafael for many more years to come. Thank you.

Ruined every single one of my cashmere sweaters! Took 9 there, picked up today and they look like baby size sweaters! They shrunk them! Who does this? They are sent out to another facility and came back completely unwearable!

I've used this Dry Cleaners for years. They do an excellent job. I use them for seasonal comforter cleaning (king size) as well as more often for other items. I've never had an issue. One of my comforters has sequins, the other has ruffles. They take great care of each.
