It is going on nearly 2 years since I brought a sweater for cleaning and they lost it. My calls have fallen on deaf ears. I understand the trials and tribulations of small businesses but when an owner doesn’t make an effort to resolve - and indeed has willfully chosen to ignore makes me sad and angry.

I dropped off my favorite sweaters two weeks ago, I went to pick them up last Saturday and was told that they would deliver them to my house since they weren’t ready by the agreed upon time. They also haven’t been delivered by the agreed upon time and I can’t get in touch with anyone (their voicemail box isn’t working) to find out where my favorite sweaters are. I went by the store as it says they are open online but they are closed. Just hoping all of my sweaters weren’t lost or given to someone else :(

Has always exceeded my expectations with services for me and my family. While I have not used the delivery service, I have heard how great it is. Great staff, exceptional communication. My Valet Dry Cleaners is a great cleaners in our small local community of Cornwall on Hudson. I am Happy to support Rafael for many more years to come. Thank you.
