Waited on hold several times for up to 20 minutes. No answer. Tried to get on website and it's down. Is anyone there??
Had no problem getting parts delivered, however, i tried returning a defective part, the phone line immediately hangs up after 9 seconds, also nobody checks the company email. Have been waiting for Credits and part pickups. They will not be seeing business from Dyer again.
To any body shops that this company is put on there estimate. Keep in mind there is NO WARRANTY!!! Tell the Insurer they will need to Warranty these since they picked it.
This is an unnecessary parts middle man . They reduce list(so they come up first part search and look more attractive to insurance companies.)on "OPT OEM" parts, yet increase YOUR COST. They once quoted a 2025 Genesis GX70 front fascia that was on back order with the OEM, yet quote it like they had it in stock and they didn't. You are better off using them to price match with OEM and actually benefit you operation.
