Front desk staff is incompetent. Somehow they skipped over my name as I sat in the waiting room. After 40 min I asked them what was going on. They found my name and said someone would see me soon. Now 20 min later and still waiting. Not the first issue I’ve had with these admin people up front.
Jaisha was and is very insightful in her job . She and the Dr. Massari made the experience very relaxed. I'm greatful for people like this in the medical feel . Thank you again for your service
My experience with the doctors have been overall positive. But the staff? They are a joke and are bringing down the business. After one appointment I was supposed to be called to schedule a procedure. That never happened. I don't know why they couldn't just schedule it on the spot while I was physically in office and was scheduling my followup. No it required them to call me which never happened. Sadly the majority of reviews about staff and scheduling are true. I had surgery scheduled for Nov 13 which fell through after being in pre-op 6 hours, due to ORs being too busy. Ok, that's out of my doctor's control. But then he messaged his staff to have me rescheduled as soon as possible, about a month later for Dec 17. That then turned into Dec 29. Here we are on Dec 29 and all that was scheduled was the surgery follow up, no surgery was ever rescheduled. When I spoke with the surgical scheduling line they said it never ... read more
