DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to renovate a two bedroom unit. We should have known something was wrong when their designer left without explanation. Her replacement was useless. They then proceeded to engage trades that were really bad, incredibly slow and sloppy, including Sunshine Cabinets. The worked dragged on and on. It was expected to take three to four months. Great group of hardworking people. They finished my living room within the timeframe they provided and cost was reasonable as well. They respond so quickly and make sure to take all concerns seriously. Very happy with the work they did and their service is excellent.
We just had our laneway house renovated by My Upgrade. Shawn and his entire team were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with their professionalism and expertise. Shawn made sure to be very open and communicative. His response time to emails and messages were within the hour!
