Never sent me my prescription. Didn't verify it through my contact lens provider, either. I tried emailing and calling, but my calls went unanswered during regular office hours. Didn't get back to my voicemails. Edit: Just called again months later, said they'd look for it and call me back. They never called me back.
I’m a crown heights resident since 1989 They accept all insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. If you have any questions give them a call or just pop in. This is a family owned small business and you can feel it when you walk in. They are friendly, kind and courteous to ALL. Great addition to the Small Business Crown Heights Community.
They needed to reschedule my appointment, which was fine. But then when I showed up they told me they needed to reschedule again. The secretary doesn’t even write dates/times down for patients, they were completely unaware. Don’t let them waste your time, go somewhere else.
