Tustin Electrician offers the least reliable service I have experienced. I am aware the firm is part of larger group of electricians who use a call service and I can respect that. However, the call service, which touts "How can we make you smile" drastically fails in living up to their simple slogan. In working with them I had nothing but frustration. My Tustin Electrician Hero electricians provided outstanding repair service with the customer service to match. They were quick to respond to my call and extremely knowledgeable. They worked quickly & efficiently, and even checked my smoke alarms before leaving because they said they wanted all their customers to be safe and it was a courtesy. The prices were very fair!
