Extremely satisfied with the cleaning job Tim did on our carpets. We set up the job on the web, it was very easy to use, clear and easy schedule. Gave us the cost right away. (A+) The communication was excellent, both before and after the job. We ended up having an emergency the morning scheduled for the cleaning. Great service! Needed our living room cleaned the day before a party and it truly was dry within an hour. Tim is also very kind and offers great customer service.
Tim Ross did a great job cleaning our carpets. All the spills were removed. Nice to have the carpet dried in 1 hour. Large amount of water was not used. Tim has developed an excellent way to clean carpets.
