Tim was fantastic! He was nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the process. The carpets look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
Very easy to schedule, prompt, professional. Tim explained the whole process of what he would be doing. Did a great job cleaning our entire house. With the process used the carpets were dry within an hour, allowing us to move everything back where it needed to go. And no nasty chemicals for kids/pets. Will definitely use them again in the future!
Tim cleaned my 20 + year old carpets yesterday and I can't believe how wonderful they look! Tim took great care and time to treat each area, explained the product and equipment he used throughout the process. I especially LOVE the 1 hour drying time. He checked in with me the today to make sure all went well and offered to come back should there be any areas of concern, of which there was none. I am so pleased with their expertise and customer service. They were able to get icky pet stains out and educated me on how the products and appliances work. I love the results. The carpet is super soft and fresh. No stinky shampoos! We'll have them out again to do 2 more rooms!
