I've been a customer for many years.Their trash service started out excellent, but has since faultered. I've heard excuse after excuse on why there was a problem with the service, but offered no real solutions or apologies. Im very disappointed as of late.
This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a waste collection service yet! We have had the most pleasant experience from the customer support and the drivers have been excellent. Never any strange bills or missed pick ups. Our last service was absolutely horrible after they had merging with another company and it’s such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that puts its customers needs first and is transparent with you.
Yall used to have a guy named William Williams he was extremely respectful but I haven't seen him in a while
I hardly ever give 5 stars for any service….but My Trash definitely gets 5 stars from me. Great service with great prices !!!!
