This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a waste collection service yet! We have had the most pleasant experience from the customer support and the drivers have been excellent. Never any strange bills or missed pick ups. Our last service was absolutely horrible after they had merging with another company and it’s such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that puts its customers needs first and is transparent with you.
Yall used to have a guy named William Williams he was extremely respectful but I haven't seen him in a while
I hardly ever give 5 stars for any service….but My Trash definitely gets 5 stars from me. Great service with great prices !!!!
Today was our first day with My Trash. The truck passed our house and as I was about to call their office to dispatch them, they backed back down the street to get our trash. Thank you My Trash and your driver for ensuring your customers are taken care of.
