Absolutely great service and customer service. Quick and great work done my vehicle. Will definitely return.
I had a good experience the first time I went there for service. The second time I went for service was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any auto repair location. So much so, I will never go back and recommend nobody try them in the auto discussions I have with others. Afterwards, I discovered the price was more than any nearby shop I called including the car Dealership.
I had a very negative experience with Yes Automotive and would not recommend them. From the beginning, communication was poor and unprofessional. I was given assurances about warranty coverage, but when issues came up later, they did not honor what they promised.They were unable to provide records of previous diagnoses or scans they claimed to have done on my truck. We recently took our SUV here to have an oil change. They brought an oil leak to our attention, offered a clean and dye service to find the leak, but were not pushy about it at all. Last night, we had concern that we had sprung a brake fluid leak, so we decided to try these guys again. This morning, Ray performed a brake system check and was unable to recreate the problem.
