EXTRA MILE... I can honestly say I was shocked with my experience with them. Excellent Transmission Rebuild Service I am highly satisfied by the service provided by the Transmission Expert for my Transmission Rebuild. Their service was professional by all means and their price was unbelievably low when compared to my previous services.
Very Good, but not World Class.. PROS: Very nice mangement. Quality work. Honest to what they say. Fair pricing. 2 year warranty. CONS: They had my car a little longer than estimated (2 more days).

My girlfriend's transmission went out in her Toyota. (Valerie) I shopped many repair shops after getting a diagnosis from Mr. Transmission. Mr. Transmission diagnoses the problem correctly and didn't give me the run around like 99% of most other repair shops. Mr. Thomas Sims, the manager, provided excellent customer service. Our truck broke down on a road trip, and Thomas came to our rescue. We lost a clutch in traffic, and we were able to get it the three blocks to Thomas' shop. He did everything to expedite the process and even drove us to a hotel in his personal vehicle after closing time. We feel very lucky to have broken down so near his shop, and will recommend him to our family in the Houston area.
