We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tatiana! She is incredibly professional, kind, and patient with children. My child felt comfortable and even enjoyed the visit, which says a lot. Dr. Tatiana, explains everything clearly, is honest about what treatments are truly necessary, and never tries to upsell. The prices are very reasonable compared to others we've visited. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring and trustworthy kids dentist!
Not even a patient but the way the phone was answered was ridiculous. I used the number online, was answered with attitude. Not even a hello, when asked about my inquiry for the phone call it was answered with again, attitude. Definitely not a good first impression already.
Update: literally yesterday we went to this doctor again and solved our problem very quickly. I recommend!!! We were very pleased with the service and quality of services. The doctor is very attentive. I will recommend it to my friends!
This place was beyond awful! I came with my severely autistic 4 year old son and he was in a middle of a meltdown down when the dentist looked at me and said “you need to do something about him”…
