Customer service was awful I've never felt so unwelcome -- coge para otro lado..👎🏾👎🏾
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at was so bad I feel compelled to warn others. First off, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me when I walked in, and I had to wait forever, even though the shop was not busy at all. When I finally got help, the technician was rude and provided minimal explanation for the overcharge to me.
Everytime I come here expect them to over tighten your lugnuts. I've gone here twice and every time I get home to check the torque of my lugnuts they're over tightened to the point where the nut strips. Cada vez que vengo aquí, espero que aprieten demasiado las tuercas de las ruedas. He ido dos veces y cada vez que llego a casa para comprobar el par de apriete de mis tuercas, están demasiado apretadas hasta el punto de que la tuerca se desgastan. 0/10 si pudiera nunca regresaré a este lugar un par de incompetentes.
