Started going to get my nails done after having my first child. (Who has got to come with me once or twice When I didn't have anyone to watch him during my appointment, as the salon is child friendly) My nails are so brittle and just wouldn't grow. I also needed some good old fashioned me time away from my lovely child. I know from previous experience that gel nails just don't stick to my nail bed.
