They keep the place immaculate. Temp is comfortable year round. That's the positive, Being the only gym around, It gets pretty crowded. In the evening you can forget about it. Stand in line for equipment. If you can find parking place. (alot of teenagers) hanging out tying up equipment! So I started going @ 4 am even that is starting to get crowded. To sum up if you're a serious lifter or bodybuilder I would recommend somewhere else.
