Moving forward with My Three Sons was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, this is a company that truly takes care of you. We met with several other companies, but always had a good feeling about this one—and we were right. We especially appreciated working with Alex. He made our complex, two-part project feel seamless. Even my neighbor, a home inspector, commented on how clean and well-done the ductwork looks, and other builders have noticed, too. Highly recommend.
From the start, Alex with My 3 Sons made me feel like I was family. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of what I needed for my project. His crew installed my minisplit and couldn’t ask for better! They have a customer for life.
Professional, kind, on time, and knew what they were doing. Moved into my new house in Summer’s Corner snd was having issues with my A/C. MTS Heating and Air came right away and gave me a 5 star treatment the whole way through. I especially liked their PoS system which made payment very easy and I received texts when they were on the way and I could track their ETA via Google Maps. Very convenient. Zero complaints and I’d recommend them.
My three sons, specifically our technicians Dale & Mike, were absolutely fantastic! Our entire experience from getting in touch with the company (put a request in on their website and got a call 5 minutes later to schedule) to getting our service done (within days) was absolutely amazing. 10/10 communication & service, highly recommend this company to everyone!
My Three Sons should be your choice for all HVAC services! Alex and his team are professional, knowledgable, kind, and courteous. We had our entire HVAC unit, vents, duct work, etc. replaced. They showed up each day on time, laying drop cloths to keep our house cleaned, and even had a team professionally clean our house when they were done.
