They were able to fit us in the same day and resolve our AC issue.i will be calling again in the future.
Company arrived on time as stated. The technical explained everything that was required for repairs. Installers arrived on time.They were very knowledgeable, installed the A/C unit in the time they explained to me. they were very professional and cleaned the area where they were working at.I would highly recommend My Three Sons if anyone needs to repair or replace there existing unit.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Responded to all my questions and concerns. Transparency; they show me pictures of all the readings, parts that they checked and or replaced and kept me updated on the cost of the repairs along the process. I called a fews different company, they were so busy and rude. So i decided to call small local business and Will showed up on time in a middle of the hot day and i am so grateful for that. He is very professional, explained everything to me and gave me the estimate before he started fixing it. He fixed it quickly and the AC started cooling off right away. These guy were great. Professionals. Got right to the problem. Explained as they found any issues. And did not over price their services. If I ever need anyone again for AC work I will definitely call them.
