My Three Sons Heating & Air were quick to schedule an appointment to service our HVAC system for our home on Seabrook Island. Our technician, Will, was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend My Three Sons Heating & Air!
When my AC went out a coworker suggested My Three Sons and I'm glad they did. The technician, Will, came out quickly and showed up when he Said he was going to be here which seems to be a rarity nowadays. The communication is fantastic, they kept me in the loop even though he had the brutal job of having to do an army crawl across the whole entire expanse of the roof to get to the other end in the attic where the it was located, he sent me all the pictures and the video of what the issue was. Highly recommend!
I used other HVAC and was not very pleased with the expertise and knowledge to isolate the fault. Had to get numerous techs till it was actually fixed. So I felt I was paying to give them experience. MyThreeSons sent a tech out at 7 pm due to me getting home and seen the outside part of AC was not working. Will, the technician was superb. Just talking to him and his ability to isolate the fault. Our technician Dale with My Three Sons was/is excellent! He was patient and listened well to my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dale is very knowledgeable and took time to share some helpful information about my HVAC system, which was above and beyond in terms of service. I am a new customer, and with the positive maintenance call with Dale, the pleasant call to the office to schedule, the fair pricing, and being a family run business, they’ll keep me as a customer. 5 out of 5 stars!
I can't recommend Michael enough! He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC problem, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. My home is now comfortable and cool thanks to his excellent work. I'm so glad I chose My Three Sons and would definitely use them again in the future!
