How does one actually have a joyful and over-the-top pleasant experience when having to install an AC? My three sons somehow accomplished this! Owner came over during a horrendous storm (details because my own three sons were inside and very playful) and was he so kind with the whole family and extremely knowledgeable. We had several quotes and this was the most competitive. I honestly feel like they care about their customers far beyond the contract. I have the coldest AC in the neighborhood! Dale was great and showed up right on time. Took the time to explain what was wrong in a way I could understand which I appreciated. Travis was also very helpful on the phone and nice. This was a great experience considering my ac wasn’t working. Dale had it fixed within 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend 10 out of 10
