I’m what you’d probably call a serial spa and massage goer. As both a mom and a Shaman, regular massages are part of my self care routine. The Thai Oil Massage that I received from Sarah has got to be my top two favorite in the over 50+ spas I’ve attended. It’s a great combination of oil massage, stretch, and adjusting. This service was absolutely fantastic! I’ve never felt such pain relief in one session. My therapist was so sweet, walked me through everything and kept making sure the pressure was good. She addressed all my problem areas and also taught me how to do some stress relief on my neck with the balm.
