Service, value, great product. Couldn’t have asked for a better company.
The representative I talked to came to my residents and got measurements. He had told me he would get me an estimate on my front door. The date was set for 8/15/2020 for installation. Prior to installation date, I reached out to the representative to find out if he got a price for a solar screen for my door. No response. They never showed up nor did they call. Poor customer services. If this is how they treat their customers prior to installation, how do they treat them after installation. Do the customers get ignore?
