The dentist did the crown for one of my two teeth, the service was good but he mistakenly claimed the insurance for the other tooth. So, I could not get the crown for the other tooth at the new clinic (since I moved to a new place). I called and asked them to resubmit the claim so that I can get the crown for the other tooth but they did not proceed right away. I was a bit unhappy with the delay; however, the dentist called me and appologized and promised to resubmit the claim.
