Ray came as scheduled, very polite, offered choices for repairing. I chose cheaper choice, no new parts, just reestablishing tension without warranty on his work. He's obviously very experienced. He worked quickly and cleverly with the car in his way and even cleaned up some unbalance of the door. I didn't need a warranty after watching him work! Thank you, Ray and to the owner of My Tech, after the service Ray provided you just earned a new customer.

Usually, I fix everything myself. But installing the springs I got delivered and it was too much for me to handle alone. Some things are better to be left for the experts. And the experts are here at MY Tech Overhead Door. Glad they were able fix my garage door on short notice!
