Update - AC unit quite cooling in Mar 2023 tried to get ahold of Andrew Doss at MyTeam all the numbers and emails I had to no avail have a $4,300 - 10 year labor service contract with MyTeam but could not find anyone all phone numbers not working . Tried to get Landon Gooding and could not. I guess they are out of business. Had EJ Comfort Air fix the unit under a parts warrant with American Standard but was charged for labor $1,800 to replace the evaporator coils. The company doesent seem to exist. I’ve tried to reach out but with no outcome. The number listed doesn't work. Background : They replaced the AC coil in my 4 Ton AC last year. The coil had a 10 year warranty and 1 year labor. Within a year I found that my AC isn’t cooling and had to call a different company to look at it( Due to the fact that I didn’t get any response from my team). I was told there may be a leak or an issue with how the coil was installed. Had to again pay to get a refill of Freon.
Pamela, Mark and the rest of the staff at MY TEAM are the best. I have a home warranty but used MY TEAM instead because I trust them. Great job!
