I typically do our taxes but we had some questions this year that we needed clearing up. Spent $270 to have someone do the same thing I do for $35; and she screwed them up. Made a $700+ error, not in our favor, provided us with the incorrect envelope to mail our taxes into. We all make mistakes, but when I email them twice with our concerns and the amount of money we paid, I received NO email response back, no apology, no nothing. Very disappointing.

Messed up my tax return because they didn't want to take 2 seconds to ask me the right questions about where I was in school and now I owe nearly $900. Will never go back to them. Ridiculous.
