AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kim made three costly mistakes in each of the last three years when preparing taxes for my business, which I found when reviewing her math. These were simple things like incorrect late payment penalties, transposing numbers, not checking her work. You get what you pay for here. I typically do our taxes but we had some questions this year that we needed clearing up. Spent $270 to have someone do the same thing I do for $35; and she screwed them up. Made a $700+ error, not in our favor, provided us with the incorrect envelope to mail our taxes into. We all make mistakes, but when I email them twice with our concerns and the amount of money we paid, I received NO email response back, no apology, no nothing. Very disappointing.
