Our 21 year old son in law, who is a Marine, bought a 2013 Scion here a few months ago and within two weeks, the engine stopped running. It turns out the oil had metal shavings in it. Another customer that recently bought a car there had the same thing happen. Seems to be a pattern. The van I purchased in July of 2019 had a service engine light come on before I even got it home. They did tell me to bring it back. They did fix the $1000 part related to that light at no charge to me which was great. In the month of September I found & paid for another $6000 of repairs. Now in January Honda Auto Repair says the van needs new piston rings now because of the recent code from the service engine light.
