I purchased two Courtney tall boys from My Suite Home Marketplace through Big W, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The transaction was incredibly easy, with great communication from start to finish. Karen was efficient with every step of my purchase from initial enquiry, arranging payment and to handover to delivery team. Delivery was right on time and the staff installed the heavy furniture safely. Very satisfied with the quality of the items.

Edit: Business was closed for 3 weeks I was not aware of it. My suite home contacted me as soon as they opened and delivered my order the next day. I would have given 5 stars if the communication was clear about the store closure. I ordered for furniture from mydeal.com.au from this seller. Order has not been despatched even after 3 weeks and no response to emails or phone call. I would not recommend this seller.
Really good experience with this company and the prices were great. Went to the showroom to view the product in person before placing an order online, this was no problem. Had planned to pick up the drawers but due to lockdown wasn't able to. Ebonie was extremely helpful in organising delivery for me at a very reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase, good quality furniture.
