My Story 1st Fitness is a beautiful, well maintained private gym with knowledgeable trainers who helped me reach my fitness goals. They made a plan for my meals and even provide the meals ready made if anyone wants that. I love the weekly bootcamp and the friendly workout challenges that everyone is encouraged to join. Dion has trained my children as well as my parents. His skills are endless as are the other trainers. I’m glad I found the perfect gym for the family.
