The My Storage facility made my move to another state so easy. They had everything set up prior to me moving in. Robin, Jen and Tanner were my biggest life savers.
First impression is fantastic! The place is fairly new and kept up amazing. My husband and I met Robin and Victor (who is the U-Haul Field Manager) whom both are so warm and welcoming and even more amazing! Robin showed us around and talked with us with any concerns and the safety protocols at this storage place. Needless to say we got a storage unit here. Storage and U-Haul, this is the place to go.
A great place to store your stuff! This facility is sooo clean and secure. Its gated with personal codes and cameras everywhere. We had a climate controlled unit and it was immaculate. No bugs or rodents to be seen anywhere! There is a motion sensor that sends a text to be sure it is you which is awesome. Everyone in the front office is so nice and helpful. We received the best service here! Always willing to help, super attentive, and so so friendly. Everything about this place rocks. Highly recommend it!
I’ve recently rented a unit with My Storage, PV and have had a great experience. When I called to speak with someone, it was actually someone that worked at the physical location not in a call center and they were efficient and friendly. They were also helpful in determining size of the unit and of course pricing. I went in to sign my paperwork so I could get the keys immediately and everyone in the office was very friendly.
