This place is a joke they broke into our unit last year cut my lock off style my safe and a buddy heater put one of their locks then played stupid with me. Now they keep trying to charge me more and more every few months I wouldn't recommend them very crooked facility
I spoke with Laura. She was very nice and so helpful. She very quickly as nd efficiently arranged the unit I requested. She found a couple credits to save me some money, too! Our unit was clean and dry. I recommend any of the "My Storage" locations in the area!
