Wonderful experience all together. The people were very pleasant and easy to work with so it wasn't one of the dreaded "oh I have to call them" situations you often run into when you have to call businesses. The entire area was clean and easy to access. There is lighting in the lot, but none in the units which makes it harder to do anything at night, but we just used flashlights and were just fine. We rented for total of 4 months. It was seamless, no hassles or problems from start to finish! Easy start to the rental and ending of rental... all on line communication. The storage boxes are repurposed storage containers thus do not allow any rodents, bugs, etc in at all. Minimal dust. We absolutely recommend "My Storage Box" if you are in need of extra storage!

Best storage in town. The units are very secure, I would recommend them anybody! Love that there is 24 hour access. Costumer service is very helpful. We will definitely them for future storage needs!

Searched storage boxes near me and My Storage Box was one of the ones to pop up. Their website is very user friendly! I found an available unit, rented it online and was granted access to it the same day! The pricing is fair, and the customer service was great. Highly recommend to anyone needing a unit in or around Ponca City, OK!
