Great customer service, very helpful.
The application process was very easy to complete and the customer service was very helpful and informative while getting everything set up.
This is my second time renting from My Storage Bolivar and I absolutely love it. The process is so easy and simple. They send you all the info that you need via text and THEN call and make sure you understand everything and to see if you have an additional questions. I definitely recommend My Storage if you want your items safe and secure!
