Worst company I've ever dealt with as far as after-sales customer service is concerned. There were a few issues after installation and had to chase them to get them addressed. Of late, they didn't bother to respond to my email where I raised concerns about the panel distribution, despite sending a reminder email after 2 weeks of the original one. Another week and a half has passed. Still no response. This is nothing short of lack of duty and care.
Just an update on this review, we have just received our first refund from the Electricity Company, who would of imagined an Electricity Company paying us. Have just put up our third Solar System from My State Solar for my elderly parents who are on a pension. Not only were the guys from My State clear and concise without any hidden deals or costs as far as contracts were concerned, they were polite and highly efficient while still maintaining and exceptionally high quality of workmanship. I could not be happier with the service from my state solar. James the boss was straight up and delivered everything he promised,nothing was to hard for him.He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Rhys and Brandon were the installers and did a great job taking a great deal of pride in their job and were very careful doing a fantastic installation.Jeanette and Kimberley in the office were also fantastic helping with any questions and helping me with all my paperwork. I have engaged My State Solar to install Solar on my roof. However the roof needed restoration. The cooperation and patience demonstrated by James and his staff, especially Kimberly, was second to none. the number of times I had to shift the day of install is crazy but it was all met with a smile and an amazing cooperation. We had the guys from My State Solar come last week and they did an awesome job installing our solar. Our house is a 2 storey house and they did the job in one day. The boss James is easy to talk to and delivered everything he promised. The installers were great and did a top quality job. We recommend them completely. Thanks
