Team did job well
Not so professional in their work. Asked for a concrete slab under the outdoor unit before bolting it to concrete. They never responded or did anything about it and just went ahead with their style of installing the outdoor unit. Be cautions and feed them the basics of installation. Never be fooled, assuming they will do the job right without you asking for it. They visited my property 4 times. The last 2 times for fixing the gas leak issue, they never checked after installation.
