Do not come here unless you want to have damaged nails. Yes the design is cute, but don’t let that fool you. The technician was rough and caused every finger to have a “ring of fire”. Also, they applied product without informing me of a greenie. Nail health should come before profit and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was provided. If I never went to a privately owned nail tech, I would’ve kept coming here without being informed of the bad service and clear red flags.
This by far has been my worst experience with my nails. My pedi felt relaxing, although I felt that it was rushed a bit. The massage chair made squeaky sounds while operating, which was irritating. A male nail tech did my nails. His hands trembled throughout my service. I had 1 repair that ended up being curved while my remaining nails remained straight. He disappeared outside as it was time to wash my hands. He did return but I felt as if that was rude especially not excusing yourself during the middle of services. My nails... read more
don’t waste your time here. 0 stars. Very rude. I asked the lady to keep my eyebrows thick and she completely thinned them out and had 0 care. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I will never go back to this place! It was a waste of time and money. This man did my nails and the next day my nail broke. I requested coffin shape, he did square and tried to argue me down that it was coffin shaped. Some nails longer than the other. Everything about this experience was horrible and I will not be spending a penny with them again! RUN!! Run right to another shop !!
