I initially wrote an amazing review on their facebook website because I was very pleased with the initial session I had. Last weekend I had a session but asked not to be charged because I was admitted to the hospital for heart issues. Not only was the associate that called me rude, she went down my attendance list and firstly if there was an issue with attendance they could’ve pulled me aside and spoke with me and we could’ve come to an agreement.
