I’m am sorry to say that our experience in this office has been absolutely terrible. It has been impossible to communicate with the doctor about my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. I even wrote long emails and left messages and nobody would listen to our concerns, it has been incredibly frustrating. As a parent to simply be shut down from your kid’s treatment is scary!
